Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness. Whether you want to be healthy, look good, or excel at athletic endeavors, the food you eat will be a major determinant in reaching your goals. Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all program for nutrition; there is too much variability in how humans respond to dietary factors. I therefore take a personalized, evidence-based approach to nutrition. Whenever possible I make recommendations based on scientific studies and then I fill in the gaps based on personal observation from the many individuals I have trained over the years. The following factors are always considered in my nutrition coaching services:

  • Eating Habits
  • Food Intolerances, Likes, and Dislikes
  • Health & Fitness Goals
  • Age, Sex, and Body Type
  • Calorie Intake
  • Macronutrient Balance
  • Advanced Nutrition Approaches (Nutrient Timing, Fasting, Supplements).

Whether you are just getting started with healthy eating or if you are looking to optimize body composition and performance, I can help. My Nutrition Coaching services are as follows:

  • Weekly Nutrition Coaching (paid bi-weekly): This will include a thorough assessment of your nutrition and lifestyle habits followed by an in-person/video meeting. Daily/weekly tasks will be assigned and food logs monitored. Each week will conclude with an evaluation to inform approaches for subsequent weeks.
  • Deluxe 8-Week Nutrition Coaching Package (discounted rate): Reaching one’s nutrition goals is seldom accomplished in a few weeks as the process takes time and may require further, higher-level modifications. For those that want to seriously commit to the process with me as their Coach, I offer this 8 week package at a discounted rate.
