Personal training sessions afford a number of benefits not so easily obtained in a class setting. In particular, a Coach who is present and dedicated to only your specific training provides:

  • Real-time changes to your programming.
  • Real-time feedback on movement and performance.
  • Optimal corrections beyond what can be done remotely through video analysis.

The following Personal Training services are available if you are in the NYC area:

  • One-Time Training Session
  • Additional Multiple Training Sessions (discounted rate for 5 or more sessions)

*Note: Sessions expire 90 days after purchase.
