Description: This 3-session intensive will cover the proper execution of the 4 main barbell lifts using the Starting Strength method: Low Bar Squat, Bench Press, Press, and Deadlift. The intensive will also include discussion of training record keeping, equipment use, nutrition, intra workout rest times, and basic programming.
Location: Currently all in-person sessions are being conducted at Solace New York in New York City (38 E. 32nd St. off of Park Ave).
